People:

Nothing that will be disclosed or discussed here is considered to be protected personal information. Allegations to the contrary may be treated as barratry, malicious prosecution, and/or abuse of process.

* Robert Kiraly aka The Old Coder is age 67, DOB Jun. 1958. Single. Resume will be linked here. His social media is Coder Dansu located at:

https://dansu.org

The Old Coder's education included a double major at U.C. Berkeley. High Honors in Math and Honors in Computer Science.

The Old Coder is of Ukrainian descent. Austria-Hungary was part of the mix but was less of a factor in his life. His ancestors came over from the “old countries” circa 1910, on the Austria-Hungary side, and 1935, on the Ukrainian side.

The Old Coder is autistic or, more precisely, has a parallel condition that confers a savant skill. It's innate and not earned. It's useful in these situations, regardless.

* Yingyu Hobbs aka Ying-Yu Hobbs and Ying You Hobbs is age 45, DOB Dec. 1979. She is married. Note: We'll spell the first name all three ways so as increase coverage by search engines.

Education was at San Jose State University. Ying-yu's major and performance are not yet established.

Yingyu seems to have started as a rent-a-car person and an insurance claim adjustor and to have worked her up through the Social Security hierarchy over the past decade.

To do the last part took patience and effort. She probably doesn't want to leave Social Security despite the national situation.

Ms. Hobbs' annual salary at Social Security seems to be about $125,000. The possible error is 5% in either direction.

The Old Coder isn't presently earning any income and so he is unable to list the corresponding figure for himself.

Yingyu Hobbs and her husband are of Chinese descent. Yingyu herself seems to be a native speaker of both English and at least one Chinese language, though the 2nd part is unconfirmed. This plus other factors suggest[s] that she is 2nd or 3rd generation U.S. as opposed to 1st or longer term.

Personal and professional associates might be willing and able to comment for the book on Ying-Yu Hobbs' tenacity and work ethic.

Technical note: It's fundamental that consensual discussions with associates can't be barred by RO. Litigants often try for it, regardless. Attorneys encourage the attempts so as to drive up legal fees. The fees end up being in the $150,000 to $250,000 range and the litigants get nothing for that.

Literally nothing. I've never signed a Court settlement in a case against me. There was a non-Court agreement in 2013 but I was forced to tear that up.

The system and how to use it will be discussed in the book. Suggestions for titles are welcome.

One possible title is the “Eat the Rich Recipe Book”. Another is “Steal This Legal System”. But nobody under age 65 is likely to remember Abbie Hoffman and get the joke for that one.

* District Managers will go here.
